Double Bogey: Accred. by ASIC and AAHEA

Postby johann » Mon Sep 16, 2013 9:21 pm

Long-timers will appreciate this. Some very familiar faces and a long-controversial school now accredited by two bogeys - ASIC and AAHEA!

We've had some lively discussions about ASIC - the UK "Accreditor" that itself admits its "accreditation" does not confer any degree-awarding powers, anywhere. Despite that caution, a growing number of schools in many countries confer degrees of no recognized standing, feigning that their ASIC stickers do legitimize their degrees - which is rubbish. We've had several examples, including a recent lively thread on ASIC-"accredited" Charisma University in the Philippines.

I noticed on the Charisma site that Dr. Orien Tulp is a director on the Board of Charisma.

That's perfectly OK. I'm not here to say nasty things about Dr. Tulp. That's all been done, here:

I'm not going to say nasty things about Charisma, either. That's all been done, here.

Dr. Tulp is a retired Drexel University professor, who has founded a quite controversial school on Montserrat -The University of Arts, Science and Technology. If you read the linked thread, you'll have a good idea of why USAT is controversial.

It seems USAT itself has added fuel to the fires of controversy. Here's a pic of Dr. Tulp receiving USAT's AAHEA accreditation from 3Dr. Stephen Barnhart. The same page also displays USAT's ASIC accreditation certificate, with the disclaimer I mentioned above.

3Dr. Barhart has been associated with many "unaccredities," including The International University, MO and Panama, European Continental University, Personal Branding University and others. Here's another pic of 3Dr. Barhart in another venue:

Here he is again, with his business vehicle and a different hair colour: http://www.securekc.com/messag16.jpg

3Dr. Barnhart now appears to be head of the AAHEA. I will say something nasty about the AAHEA. It's an organization that usurped the standing and 140-year history of a legit organization, the AAHE, which encountered financial difficulties and had no resources to sustain a fight against the invaders. For more nasty things about the AAHEA, you can read here:

Well, what about "Doc" Brady, the hypnotist who used to head the AAHEA? He's now working for Dr. Tulp- on the USAT faculty! Oh, what a revolving rolodex they weave!

My apologies. USAT = "University of Science, Arts and Technology," - not the other way 'round. No apologies for anything else. :)

Dennis Alan Brady named himself after the wrong dwarf...he should be Dopey instead of Doc. This crooked POS is being sued in Marion County, Florida by not one, but TWO different landlords for failure to pay office rent for his "medical office". He's a scammer and a con man and I don't know how much longer he's gonna be able to stay out of jail cause the law has got to catch up to him and hold him responsible for his diploma mill scams.
