Yep - all kinds of fraud, for sure, Eric. I read the site and some on-point remarks on the "other channel." The site is registered in China, apparently. I'm sure their "arrangements" with certain testing centres are likely in China as well. Prometric/Pearson would likely deliver the tests to a co-operating offshore org. The one(s) involved in the scam has/have, unknown to them (I'm sure), been infiltrated by these wise guys. According to posters who have taken exams in America, security is pretty extensive in the US testing centres - I don't think it would pay to try and send in a "ringer" at an American PearsonVue or Prometric site.

As with all kinds of fraud, there's also a strong possibility of a customer being defrauded too. Someone signs up to have an exam written for him/her and the "service" just takes off with the money, instead. Who ya gonna call? What y'gonna say? "I paid them to commit fraud and they just stole my money?"
