new SATS nomenclature

The authorities have granted the South African Theological Seminary to grant the Ph. D. instead of the D.Th. . Aside from the name change, other aspects of the doctoral program are unchanged.

That’s good - the SA system is a strong one and SATS a good school with solid faculty. Their major hurdle is outside perception, but perhaps the more universal degree nomenclature will help!
