Yes, it is missing, Steve. Maybe it should be there, if you consider that the fee started in Aug. 2012 and the video was uploaded well into 2013. Then again, I think they expect the vid will get them web-traffic and inquiries, rather than direct-from-video enrolment - and the info IS on the web-page. Same reason they don't put the foreclosure clauses in mortgage ads, I guess. They wait till people are a bit more ready to sign up, before they go over the unpleasant stuff.

Yeah - OK, I can see your side of it too - but I don't feel either the fee or the strategic non-mention of it in the video is a dealbreaker.

Hey, I said "not that I'm knocking them". And they are careful only to refer to themselves as a tuition free university. And unlike WEU, at least they have California approval. I mean, at that price point there is what there is.

Succinct - and dead-accurate. Best summation one could hope for, Steve. :)

I don't, either, Steve - especially after your excellent analysis of BPPE's text on the matter. So - I've e-mailed WEU today, asking specifically. I'll let everyone know - IF I get a response.

No reply from WEU - not that I was holding my breath or anything... :(
Maybe the BPPE could explain it to one of you guys. I'm done, on this one.
